Specific Decisions and Responsibilities:
Provide daily, routine, and consistent leadership to the entire store team, ensuring alignment with company goals and direction.
Handle all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, customer service, and issue resolution.
Receive and assess walk-in job applicants' resumes and collect pre-employment requirements from newly hired employees.
Manage staff scheduling, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage while maintaining compliance with labor regulations.
Supervise the receipt of shipments and arrange dispatch of goods when necessary.
Take full responsibility for the safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and security of the store premises and assets.
Ensure that store operations comply with local government regulations and internal DALI operational standards.
