Store Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the achievement of Store KPI's Sales, EBIT, excellent customer service, proper shrinkage control, good general housekeeping and proper visual standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Business or any related Course.
• Minimum of 3 Years Supervisory experience in a service oriented Company.

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING

Good knowledge and understanding of the operations and business trends. Comprehends the business competition and the effects of the business.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SALES/EBIT
   Ensures the attainment of sales and EBIT targets as well as growth of our last year's performance.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE
   Ensures excellent customer service is provided at all times.
   Recommends possible solutions and actions to address customer complaints based on the result of customer survey forms.
