What will you do?

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Maintain store image and visual standards
• Manage stock, replenishment, and inventory
• Handle cash register and administrative tasks
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team
• Oversee store-related online sales and marketplace

Requirements

• +4 years of experience as Store Manager or similar (fashion/retail preferred)
• Good knowledge of Excel and Office tools
• Languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish
• Organized, proactive, and strong leadership skills
• Customer and sales-oriented mindset
