Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in customer service, merchandising, housekeeping, shipping & receiving, and health & safety.
• Manage store expenses and operational performance to maximize store profit.
• Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business unit strategy.
