Store Manager

MAMITA'S is hiring a full-time Store Manager to lead daily operations and team performance in our Quezon City branch. This role is for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and can drive consistency in food quality, service, and store efficiency. You'll be responsible for keeping the team aligned, processes in check, and performance on track.

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the store by guiding assistant managers, supervisors, kitchen staff, and dispatchers to work efficiently and as a cohesive team.
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality standards, follow recipes accurately, and comply with food safety and operational protocols.
• Maintain a clean, well-functioning store — from equipment upkeep to cleanliness in both front- and back-of-house areas.
