Store Manager - Retail Wellness Apparel

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational strategies to hit daily and monthly targets and identify opportunities to increase foot traffic.

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable advice on compression tights, socks, and performance apparel.

• Oversee visual merchandising, mall compliance, staff scheduling, and inventory procurement.

• Educate customers on technical specifications and the proper use of products for recovery and performance.



Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Nursing, PT, MedTech, or a related health field.

• Experience in retail sales or the pharmaceutical/medical industry.

• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• A healthy and active lifestyle that inspires others.
