Job Description

                    Key Responsibilities  Execute strategies to meet/ exceed sales target 
Previous experience in department store or mall retail preferred but not required 
Observe implementation of measures and approaches to control OPEX 
Ensures execution of measures to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability 
Monitor merchandise movement. 
Ensure availability of items at all times such as, Basic never out items 
Ensures execution and efficiency of appropriate training for staff that will improve performance and increase productivity. 
Ensures that the established measures to reduce operational problems are put in effect 
 Qualifications  Bachelor's degree 
3-5 years of experience in operations
