Store Manager Trainee

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training programme covering all aspects of retail store management and operations.
• Support daily store functions including sales performance, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• Assist in supervising and motivating a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and operational standards.
• Implement company policies, standard operating procedures, and loss prevention measures.
• Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to strategies that improve productivity and profitability.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline.
