Key Responsibilities

Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store and creating a communication plan to present to the store team.

Accountability for store recruitment and building a high-performance team in the store.

Develop in store team members at all levels through coaching, training, and one on one discussions.

Ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.

Ability to make schedules for staff and work on creating a sound work environment.
