Job Description:
The Store OIC is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supervising staff to maintain smooth and efficient store performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store operations and staff
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and store goals
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product availability
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness
• Assist in cashiering and sales transactions when needed
• Implement company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage
• With experience in retail operations, preferably in electronics/audio products
• Leadership and team management skills
