We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Store Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper inventory records (inward & outward stock).
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Coordinate with purchase and production departments.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain documentation of GRNs, delivery notes, and stock registers.
