The Store Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operational execution of all in-store transactions. This role focuses on sales encoding, transaction tracking, inventory monitoring, and coordination with back office teams, while also handling cashiering duties as part of broader operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Sales Encoding

• Encode all sales transactions accurately in the POS system
• Ensure all sales records and supporting documents are complete and accurate
• Monitor and track pending transactions, including pre-orders, freebies, and customer follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales staff and back office to ensure timely completion of pending items
