Job Responsibilities:
Store Operations
Conduct stock checks to ensure quantities are accurate and goods are in good condition before processing postings in the system.
Report and address any stock issues immediately (e.g., damage, missing items).
Stock Arrangement and Management
Handle stock arrangement in the shoplot for both charge-out stock and inventory stock.
Charge-out Stock: Inform the requester for collection after posting in the system.
Inventory Stock: Perform Stock In Receiving and Stock In Movement, and ensure proper storage and arrangement in the storeroom.
3-Warehouse Setup
Assist and be involved in the setup of the Shoplot V-Warehouse (currently 80% completed).
