Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Ensuring business strategies are in place to achieve Retail KPIs including sales and cost targets 
Ensure that inventory and Days of Stock (DOS) is maintained at target levels, control shrinkage 
Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the store in compliance with SOPs including expiry management, shrinkage control, price updates, and back‑end documents 
Ensure availability of store range and promotion stock through RP and manual replenishments 
Ensure efficient staff deployment and manpower effectiveness through delegation, supervision, training, roster management and leave planning for smooth store operations 
Ensure the store ambiance, cleanliness, merchandise displays and planograms are maintained at expected levels 
Analyze reports and implement necessary corrective actions on the floor toward achievement of KPIs, including sales, cost reduction, shrinkage control, inventory optimisation and mai...
