Job Description
1. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
2. Ensures that standard kitchen processes are followed by the staff.
3. Supervise the food preparation to ensure food quality and order completeness.
4. Report daily, concerning issues and take urgent steps to mitigate them and prevent significant issues.
5. Maintains a clean and sanitary working area.
6. Ensure that kitchen equipment is in good working condition.
7. Properly place the order of ingredients for food preparation.
8. Make an efficient staff schedule for store/hub to ensure productivity.
9. Oversee POS machine operations.
10. Conducts Store inventory regularly to ensure availability of items and materials that are necessary for food preparation and production.
11. Monitors store sales and food costs and take measures to reach targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
