FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. OFFICE DUTIES

2. Prepares clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detailed drawings of new stores and renovations.

3. Prepares purchase requisition of OSM, fixtures and equipment of an assigned project and monitors that all are delivered on time and properly.
4. Prepares complete bid documents and ensures that they are completely distributed prior to pre-bid conferences.

5. Assists in the review of concessionaire/tenants' design proposals and ensures if the standard design guidelines are being followed prior approval of SPD Manager.

6. ON-SITE/FIELD DUTIES

7. Monitors closely site construction of an assigned project to ensure that all trades (contractors and Suppliers) are working cohesively.

8. Coordinates and works closely with the engineers to make sure all Technical Requirements are acceptable and installed accordingly.
