Starting from site measurement to provide the Store brief for designing the store. Local co-ordination with Landlord and Mall team along with other stake holders internally and externally. All project management, Vendor management and Cost management and provide the completion report to the Cluster SP&C Lead post project closure.
To manage the store build & construction on time, on cost and quality
