Position
The position is based in Tokyo. The resource handles and leads all Store Planning activities related to the development of luxury boutiques. The Project Manager is in charge of technical/time/cost/quality/Maintenance control. Duties: supervise and handle the entire process of the project, from location due-diligence to layout definition, in coordination with SP HQ, organization up to final store delivery, respecting LP concept guidelines as well as all local requirements, acting as point of reference for all professional representatives involved, internal and external to the company.
Job responsibilities
The Project Manager works closely with Corporate and Regional teams (Retail, Product, Finance, Legal, Visual Merchandising, Procurement, IT, Loss Prevention) to ensure the accurate development of all aspects of the project which also include the direct control and responsibility of other aspects: Procurement, Admin, Logistic....
