As the Store Project Specialist, reporting to the Retail Experience Manager, you will oversee the execution of retail projects, ensuring that all phases are managed efficiently. Your role is crucial in coordinating budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships, ensuring that each project meets NAPA’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project budgets and ensure accurate expense management
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Manage project timelines and supplier deliveries seamlessly
• Develop layouts using AutoCAD and coordinate with Retail teams
• Negotiate labor and vendor contracts for store improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related area
