Store Retail Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and hands-onRetail Leader to oversee the daily operations and performance of our assigned retail stores. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse and stores, maintaining inventory accuracy, driving sales growth, and leading high-performing store teams.

The Retail Leader acts as the key link between management, warehouse, and store operations—translating strategy into execution while maintaining excellent standards in sales, customer experience, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned retail stores to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse on deliveries, transfers, and returns
• Monitor inventory levels; identify slow-moving, overstocked, or non-sellable items and initiate corrective actions
• Supervise item selection, pricing accuracy, and in-store execution
