Store Room Custodian

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Organize and label inventory in a systematic and accessible manner
• Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems (manual or digital)
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering to avoid shortages
• Ensure all spare parts are stored in a clean, secure, and climate-appropriate environment
• Issue spare parts based on approved requisitions or work orders.
• Tag and track critical parts for high-value or mission-critical equipment
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist in sourcing and procurement of parts from suppliers when needed
• Assist in creating and updating the spare parts master list, including part codes, photos, and usage data.

JOB QUALIFICATION:
