About the Role

Ethera Diamonds is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our Bangalore store team. The role involves in-store sales as well as supporting our premium “Try at Home” service by visiting customers at their location (only for male Staff).

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers at the store and deliver a premium jewelry buying experience
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewelry products
• Handle end-to-end sales process including product presentation, pricing explanation, billing, and after-sales support
