Store Setup Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The Store Development Specialist is responsible in setting up new stores, including renovations. This role would handle setup of either fresh, non food or food category during store setup, opening or renovations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee new store openings and renovations from concept to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time and follow the store standards
• Ensure that new or renovated store layouts and visual merchandising strategies align with brand standards and marketing objectives
• Work with category lead on the plans in the stores
• Work closely with various internal teams, such as marketing, merchandising, and operations, as well as external vendors and contractor
• Collaborate with Merchandising Managers/Buyers on the execution of planograms to elevate customer centricity
