Store Specialist

Overview

This position is a hybrid role responsible for sales, after-sales support, and cashiering transactions within the store. The role serves as a front-line position that directly interacts with customers and contributes to achieving the store/branch’s monthly sales targets, customer service standards, and cash management KPIs.

The incumbent is required to prepare daily collection reports and ensure that all collections are properly accounted for, maintaining a high level of accuracy in cash handling to avoid shortages or variances. This position reports directly to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, depending on the shift schedule.
