Store Specialist

Essential Functions Responsible for the stock movement, receiving, storing, issuing, picking, packing, labelling, documenting and delivering. Will also accompany transport drivers to various locations when required to assist with the delivery and movement of goods including hand carry. Always maintain accurate and updated inventory records using excel and any other available systems. Report discrepancies (including shortage, damage, improper packing, etcetera) to purchasers on received items versus delivery orders and purchase orders. Always maintain good housekeeping of the Company's goods storage area, including organizing and preparation of goods for efficient dispatch daily. Work closely with the logistics executive to ensure required inventory to be dispatched within the requested time frame and minimize delay.
