Qualifications

• With Bachelors degree in any Business related course
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in food industry: as a crew team leader in fast food chain, management trainee
• Willing to work on extended hours and on holidays
• Must know how to drive and with valid driver's license(preferable 4 wheel- manual transmission)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day to day chooks to go/chooks express operations
• Over all in charge of outlet opening activities
• Supervise and monitor the activities and performance of outlet crew
• Conduct inventory and monitoring of stocks and supplies in stores
• Coordinates with HR and manpower provider regarding crew work schedules assignments
