Store Supervisor

Location: Dindigul, Tamil nadu Brand: Miraza – Premium Dates, Nuts & Healthy Delights Miraza is looking for a responsible and disciplined Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and support the smooth functioning of our premium retail outlet. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and capable of handling both operational responsibilities and team supervision. Freshers are also welcome to apply to the role Key Responsibilities: • Open the store daily and ensure proper start-of-day procedures • Check store condition before opening (electricity, equipment, cleanliness, safety) • Ensure all lights, AC, equipment are properly switched off at closing • Identify and report any discrepancies or operational issues immediately • Supervise and coordinate a team of 8 employees • Monitor staff discipline, attendance & task allocation • Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth operations • Handle loading & unloading of stocks from warehouse • Monitor stock ...
