Store Supervisor for SM MOA

The Store Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations by managing staff, motivating the sales team, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
• At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians)
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred
