Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of a selected department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient merchandising, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service across assigned departments.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and staffing, including rotating opening and closing duties.
• Train and communicate policies and procedures to department associates (SKU, pricing, signage, RF unit operation).
• Manage ordering, replenishment, and inventory, including receipt of merchandise and cycle counts.
• Supervise and motivate a team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Apply GT System standards and analyze area performance to recommend improvements.
• Lead merchandising and loss‑prevention activities; maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
