Store Supervisor

We are a grocery start up looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Working in our company will be challenging but rewarding. You will work directly with the management team, drive initiatives, and have important responsibilities.

• Staff Management - Supervising, training, and guiding employees to meet performance and company standards.
• Daily Operations - Ensuring the store runs efficiently, from opening and closing procedures to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Inventory Control - Monitoring stock levels, ordering merchandise and ensuring accurate inventory.
• Customer Service - Handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
