The Store Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Pinkberry store to ensure smooth and efficient service, excellent customer experience, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. The role supervises store staff, maintains product quality, ensures adherence to company standards, and supports the overall operational performance of the store.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food & beverage or retail industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in basic accounting, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
