Position Overview:
The Store Supervisor oversees daily operations, leads the team, and ensures excellent customer service while driving sales performance and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and staff assignments
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Monitor inventory and oversee stock replenishment
• Address customer concerns professionally
