The Store Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficient performance, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. This role involves supervising store personnel, monitoring inventory, implementing store standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
