Job Description

                    Supervise daily operations and staff performance 
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow 
Monitor sales, inventory, and cash handling 
Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures 
Resolve customer concerns and operational issues 
Assist in staff training, coaching, and scheduling 
Prepare basic reports and coordinate with management 
 Qualifications:  At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience 
Strong leadership and communication skills 
Customer-service oriented 
Basic knowledge of operations, inventory, and cash control 
Ability to work flexible hours
