BASIC FUNCTION

The Retail Supervisor (Scooping Station) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned retail stores, ensuring smooth store execution, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales and operational targets.

The role manages store personnel, inventory, and administrative requirements while maintaining compliance with company standards and delivering a positive customer experience across all scooping stations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned scooping stations.
• Ensure stores operate efficiently and meet sales, service, and operational standards.
• Monitor and manage weekly inventory, including ordering and replenishment through SAP.
