Store Supervisor – Aesthetic Clinic

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily store/clinic operations
• Ensure excellent client experience and service standards
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to hit targets
• Supervise staff scheduling, performance, and training
• Manage inventory and clinic supplies
• Prepare operational and sales reports
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of Business, Hospitality Management, or related course
• With at least 1–2 years experience in a supervisory role
• Background in aesthetic clinic, retail, or wellness industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
