Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field
  2. With at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in an aesthetic clinic, retail, wellness, or service-oriented environment
  3. Experience in overseeing daily store/clinic operations, including staff supervision and customer service
  4. Capable of overseeing and coordinating operations of two (2) branches of Noah and Eve Aesthetic Clinic
  5. Knowledgeable in inventory management, basic reporting, scheduling, and cash or POS handling
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  7. Customer-focused with the ability to resolve client concerns professionally
  8. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  9. Honest, reliable, and accountable in handling store operations
  10. Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
