Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities and ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts
• Monitor product quality, portion control, and presentation of gelato and related items
• Assist in implementing promotions, seasonal offerings, and upselling strategies
• Prepare daily reports such as sales, wastage, and incident logs
• Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and improvement opportunities
• Random inspection of deliveries for proper amount and order, have short or damaged deliveries corrected
• Makes plan of actions to address the identified factors affecting sales to ensure that the targets are achieved.

Operational Responsibilities

• Prepares production schedule, and makes necessary adjustments whenever applicable. Production schedule is based in customer demand and product contribution margins.
