Store Supervisor

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive business targets at Fun Nation Amusement Center (Expressions Stationery Shop Inc.). The role is responsible for sales growth, cost management, customer service excellence, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve store sales targets through effective planning and execution
• Implement cost-efficient and inventory management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cash handling, and security procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Supervise, train, and develop store personnel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
• 1–2 years' experience in business and people management
• Experience in amusement centers and basic machine troubleshooting is an advantage
