Store Supervisor

-Responsible for the achievement and exceeding of the assigned Annual/Monthly/Daily Sales targets for the Store
-Actively coordinates and takes part in daily activities designed to achieve Sales Targets for the period.-Sales Targets
-Suggests localized cartel activation or promotion to boost sales.
-Customer Management
-Ensures that customer issues are properly handled. Promptly elevates customer issues to Area ---Supervisor and Brand Manager should the issue prove to be too difficult to handle
-Inventory Management
-Monitors stocking levels of both for-sale stocks as well as ancillary items (plastic bags, general supplies)
-Ensures that no losses from theft or pilferage occurs for the location
-Re-orders inventory based on economic-order quantity metrics to ensure that there are proper levels of inventory on hand when needed.
-Store Crew Management
-Accountable for overall activities and manpower of assigned branch.
