★ Sales Performance – Revenue

• Ensure achievement of sales target especially retail sales agent.

★ Operations Process

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensure store processes/guidelines/forms are consistently implemented.

★ Customer Service

• Ensure that all complaints that have not been resolved within 48 hours are addressed.
• Store Quality
• Ensure compliance on standard cleanliness and organization.

★ Financial Management

• Monitor store budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Ensure 0 retail and in-shop variance

★ People Management

• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure Monthly PA of Beauty Therapist(BT's)
