Store Supervisor

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate store employees; assign tasks and delegate duties.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, manage replenishment, and oversee attractive product displays.
• Operations: Oversee daily store functions, manage cash handling, prepare sales reports, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Performance: Monitor sales, implement promotions, identify improvement areas, and help achieve sales targets.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
