OB DESCRIPTION:

The Store Supervisor supports daily store operations by overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. This role plays a key part in driving sales, managing inventory, and assisting with team training and performance. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach.

• Assist the Store Manager/Owner in day-to-day operations and staff supervision.
