Store Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Pet One store, ensuring smooth store performance and excellent customer service. This role includes supervising store staff, managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field
• Experience in retail or customer service, ideally in the pet care industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to efficiently handle inventory management, cash handling, and sales reporting
• Willing to work during store opening or closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Knowledge of pet grooming services, products, and retail standards/policies is an advantage
