Store Supervisor

Qualifications:

* Graduate of either Hotel and Restaurant Management or Bachelors degree in Business Administration

* With at least one (1) year of work experience in supervising and managing Food Industry store

* Must be systematic and highly organized in making schedules and reports

* With very good communication and leadership skills

* With pleasing personality and a positive attitude

* Keen on details and can work under pressure

* Must be a resident of Taguig , Makati , Bicutan , Parañaque , Sucat

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Mentor, and develop team members in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Lead and drive the team for continuous improvement towards set goals
• Monitor employees' performance
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
