Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth and efficient daily operations of the store. She is responsible for managing day-to-day activities, supervising and motivating the sales team, and actively supporting the achievement of sales targets and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of supervisory experience or 6 months of cashier experience
• Sales-driven and customer-focused
• Ability to lead and manage a team of skilled staff (waxing, brow, or nail technicians)
• Willing to work mall-based schedules
• Background in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is an advantage
