OVERALL PURPOSE

Manages the work performance of Branch Treasury personnel and sees to it that everyone follows Treasury guidelines and policies.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Control Function

● Institute security measures to safeguard cash collections and all confidential information.

● Ensure all collections are remitted to the bank's pick up teller daily.

● Spot audit treasury room on cash collections, petty cash fund, change fund, security fund, diesel fund, etc.

● Update & report to Senior Treasury Auditor any incidents that come up during his visits to the branches.

2. Process Improvement Function

● Recommends the streamlining and improvements of existing system, processes and policies of the function

● Makes recommendations for improving the customer service rendered by our personnel.
