· Receive, inspect, and record posting invoice incoming deliveries of food and beverage products at receiving area.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out).

· Conduct weekly regular physical counts of stock to reconcile discrepancies and update inventory system with cost control as witness.

· Organize and maintain the storage area to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access to products.

· Implement proper storage methods to ensure the freshness and quality of perishable goods.

· Monitor and report any damaged or expired products, ensuring the removal of such items from inventory to end user and procurement.
