Storekeeper (Tuas)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incoming / Receiving

• Receive goods from both local and overseas vendors.

• Verify delivery orders (DO) against purchase orders and physical quantities.

• Label goods with article numbers and update records in the inventory system.

• Record product serial numbers and apply FIFO and product labels.

• Unload shipments and organize stock in designated warehouse locations.

2. Picking / Packing

• Follow instructions from coordinators for sales, service, and project orders.

• Pick items accurately and provide packing details such as weight, dimensions, and package count.

• Pack and label goods with shipping marks, order numbers, and vessel details.

• Palletize and secure cargo for shipment.

• Record and verify serial numbers for dispatched and returned goods.
