- POSITION INFO:
PRIMARY FUNCTION: To take control of all deliveries and issuing of equipment and materials. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Performing activities to monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise or material, receiving of incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with documentation issued. · Evaluation of inventory levels, identifying stock items and managing the replenishing hereof. · To prepare an action plan together with the management team on reducing the current warehouse stock. · Ensure the receiving process of all stock is managed and recorded and communicated to the interested parties. · To co-ordinate the packing of Project orders as per delivery notes. In the case of exports, the requirement for pre-shipment inspections may be necessary as well as specialized packing may be required from time to time. · To communicate back to Project admin on stock and stock levels. · The implementation of general...
